I am sure you are wondering how a 9 year old could be ANGRY, well let me tell you. I want to be a business owner! My first words were " I can do it by myself." I started many businesses -dog walking, selling homemade hand fans (patent pending) and running errands. Come see me at the market..or don’t. GRRRR :)

John, The Bittersweet Baker, starts work before the sun rises to ensure that every batch is as fresh as possible before it gets to you. The warm smell of baking often escapes onto the street before we've even opened. John is dedicated to kickstarting your morning with warm beignets fresh out of the fryer and homemade sourdough breads.
We work with local suppliers to source the freshest and most authentic ingredients, and use old-fashioned techniques to ensure the highest quality. Our flour is sourced from Castle Valley Mill in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Our goal is to make your tastebuds happy while supporting the local community.
Sunny Saturday mornings at the Haddonfield Farmers Market are even better with a beignet fresh friend on site or a sourdough loaf. Consider preordering your favorite artisan breads or beignets and pick up on site while you stroll through town. No time to see us Saturday, we can ship to you!
